Apple Pie Smoothy Recipe (2 Servings)

  • 1 cup Milk of choice (I use almond milk)
  • 1 cup Natural Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp of Pure Vanilla (artificial vanilla has no actual vanilla in it)
  • 1 Tbsp of Cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp of Raw Honey
  • 1 cup of Ice Cubes
  • 2 Medium Granny Smith Apples (cored)
  • 2 Scoops of Vanilla Protein Powder
  • ¾ Cup of rolled oats

Instructions:

  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend till smooth.
