Apple Pie Smoothy Recipe (2 Servings)
- 1 cup Milk of choice (I use almond milk)
- 1 cup Natural Greek Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp of Pure Vanilla (artificial vanilla has no actual vanilla in it)
- 1 Tbsp of Cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp of Raw Honey
- 1 cup of Ice Cubes
- 2 Medium Granny Smith Apples (cored)
- 2 Scoops of Vanilla Protein Powder
- ¾ Cup of rolled oats
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend till smooth.
- Pour into a large mug or glass; and enjoy
